This increases efficiency in corporate governance management by the legal and corporate affairs teams. Artificial intelligence is integrated into various GROUP ON BOARD features.
All documents are managed centrally, with an easy-to-use repository. With GROUP ON BOARD, you can manage standard documents and forms, with bulk upload capabilities. If you need information, full-text search and AI indexing (RAG) capabilities are available to "query" the software. Additionally, GROUP ON BOARD can verify its data against official data from the Chamber of Commerce and the InfoCamere consortium (business register).
