Open Governance: X DataNet's collaborative project evolves

The Open Governance project is a strategic initiative by X DataNet that aims to foster discussion and collaboration between corporate legal teams, lawyers, and technology specialists tobuild the corporate governance of the future. Launched in 2025, the project of the Italian IT company is continuing this year and is structured around a series of initiatives:

• the organization of webinars, events, and training sessions to explore technological topics related to processes, security, and AI;
• the development of digital platforms that meet the needs of legal and corporate teams, such as the new version of CDA ON BOARD and the GROUP ON BOARD software;
• Organizing interviews and in-depth discussions with General Counsel, lawyers, and professionals to jointly define the "way forward" in the digital governance sector.

The focus of Open Governance: listening, vision, and the Future

The Open Governance project is part of the approach that X DataNet has always followed in recent years: developing innovative software and systems that have allowed it to grow in terms of staff, customers, and market positioning, while constantly listening to its customers. The company, which is certified ISO 9001:2015 (Quality) and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 (Security), has equipped itself with an organizational structure suited to managing complex processes such as Corporate Governance.

Our goal - says Alessandro Trionfini, CEO of X DataNet - is to develop procedures and software solutions that enable legal teams to effectively address contemporary challenges. To do this, collaboration with legal teams is essential: in the Open Governance project, we provide our technological expertise while also listening to their real needs. The creation of the Governance Suite, with integrated and controlled AI capabilities, demonstrates the effectiveness of this approach.
