Your Role
After an initial onboarding and training period on the technologies used, you will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining software components in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment
• Managing activities related to internal company projects (no consulting for external clients)

Requirements

• Good knowledge of accounting processes and billing flows
• Willingness to develop in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central environment
• Familiarity with common software development tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in developing and customizing Dynamics 365 Business Central in accounting

Your Role
You will join the CRM development team and be responsible for:

• Developing, customizing, and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, initially focusing on Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules
• Implementing solutions on Microsoft Power Platform, integrating Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI
• Data modeling on Dataverse and developing C# Plug-ins and client-side JavaScript
• Managing integrations via API REST / OData / SOAP
• Applying ALM/DevOps practices on Power Platform (Git, Azure DevOps, managed/unmanaged solutions)

Requirements

• Experience in developing and customizing Dynamics 365 CE
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
• Skills in Dataverse and relational data modeling
• Ability to develop C# Plug-ins and JavaScript scripts
• Experience with API integrations and application lifecycle management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and other Microsoft cloud services
• Integration with Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Use of Dataflows, Azure Data Factory, and management of Power Platform environments/licenses
• Experience in Low Code/Pro Code projects, attention to UX/UI and performance
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Copilot for Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, and AI Builder

Soft Skills

• Analytical skills and understanding of business processes
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and Agile mode

Role Description
You will join a team dedicated to event management services, participating in all operational phases:

• First contact with the client
• Technical preparation and management of specific software and hardware
• On-site support during events
• Post-event assistance

Travel (mainly in Italy) will be more frequent from April to June and will primarily take place on Saturdays and Sundays.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or equivalent experience
• Strong skills in networking and IT systems
• Ability to install and configure software and hardware
• Willingness to travel, including multi-day trips nationwide
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation
• Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle unexpected situations
• Ability to work both in a team and independently
• Category B driving license (experience driving vans is a plus)
• Residence within 60 km of Mirandola (MO)
